1. General Terms
Do not copy, reference, or trace my art and designs.
My art & design may not be used on AI or NFT.
I only accept Pinterest boards or Google Docs ref if you are commissioning a character design.
I only offer digital commissions there will be no physical delivery.
You will receive a jpg for static images and a gif or mp4 for animation, if you want a specific file type let me know beforehand.
PSD or transparent files cost 50 - 100% of the commission.
Nitpicking details or my art style will result in charges or blacklisting.
2. Payment & Prices
payment plans are available for commission over CHF 500.-
payment plans can be 1/2 (paying 50% upfront and 50% after a sketch is approved) to 1/8 custom plans.
listed prices of the commissions are base prices for one simple character that already has a design reference and for non-commercial use only
commercial usage will cost 100% - 200% more depending on the commercial type
complex characters or request will cost 20% - 100% more
characters without a proper reference (mood board/doc of random images) will be considered custom and will cost CHF 50-200 additionally
NDA prices must be discussed.
Non-commercial
means the artwork cannot be used for streaming on any platform, but may be used as profile pictures and banners with credit. The artwork is not intended for or directed towards, commercial advantage or monetary compensation.
Semi-commercial
means the artwork can be used for streaming on any platform, as profile pictures and banners, posting on social media with credit, Non-commercial game projects for Jams. The artwork is not intended for or directed towards, commercial advantage or monetary compensation.
Full-commercial
use would be using the artwork for merchandise, images used in games and novels, sold publications, and online or offline advertisements and commercial promotions. anything that is intended to make a profit directly with my work would be considered commercial use.
NDA
means Non-Disclosure Agreement and it's terms must be discussed beforehand.
Commercial use does not mean you can post my work without crediting me.
3. Rights & Credits
Do not post the non-watermarked version of the work I give you, those are for you to use as pfp/banner etc. not to be posted available for everyone to use on ai or steal. You are allowed to add your own watermark/logo and post those.
I won't use or copy sources/bases/outfits/designs that you do not have the right to use.
when reposting, never delete or hide my credits. please link them back to my account accordingly.
the commissioner/purchaser may use the artwork/premade for their private use only and cannot use the artwork to gain any kind of currency unless the agreement for commercial use is made.
I am allowed to use your commission for portfolios and non-profit purposes. I have all rights to my artwork.
you may ask me not to post on social media when you order the commission. although I still can post on my portfolio after the work is delivered.
you may edit my artwork as long as you still credit me and state that you have edited parts of it.
4. Queue slots & Work in process
commission queue and status can be checked on my to-do list.
you may ask for the wips/status of your commission once a week only, as I don't draw daily.
I will send you wip/s during the commission process, I will continue my work once they get approved by you.
there will be no wips for sketch, surprise me and skeb commission, changes and revision are not available for this type.
For non skeb comms: up to 3 revisions are included, more revision requests will cost €20-50 each time. Mistakes from my side will not be charged.
Nitpicking small details/pixel will result in additional charges starting from €100.
I will not completely redo a commission from scratch, such as completely changing poses/outfits, after the sketch is approved.
5. Turn around time
commissions can vary from within a few days to 3 months. This applies to when I start your commission, not when you paid for the commission, or when you are added to the queue.
you may ask for a deadline, I will only accept it if I am confident to finish it in your given time. if I accept and can't finish them due to private reasons, you will be notified.
rush deadline will cost 50-100% more depending on the rush.
6. Refund policy
refund will only be issued if I have not started working on your commission, and you will be refunded only 50% of the paid amount.
if I have started working on your commission and sent you wips, you will not receive a refund.
